Delete your 2BB2 account

This page is for the 2BB2 apps by Ardkon: 2BB2 (client), 2BB2 Business, 2BB2 Driver, 2BB2 Kiosk and Dragon.

Option 1: delete it in the app

Open the 2BB2 app and sign in.
Go to Profile, then Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: ask us without the app

Send an email to support@2bb2.io with the subject "Delete my 2BB2 account".

Write the phone number of the account. We may send a code to that number on WhatsApp to confirm it is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you by email when it is done.

What we delete

Your profile: name, phone number, email, photo and username.
Your saved addresses, favourites, contacts and connections.
Your chats, notifications and app settings.
Your sign-in keys and sessions on our servers.

What we keep, and why

Order, delivery and payment records that the law requires us to keep for accounting and tax. They are kept only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
Records written to the Hedera public ledger (payment and delivery proofs). By design a public ledger cannot be changed or erased. These records carry account numbers, not your name or phone number.

If you have money in your 2BB2 wallet, withdraw it before you delete your account.

Supprimer votre compte 2BB2

Dans l'application : Profil, puis Paramètres, puis « Supprimer le compte », puis confirmez.

Sans l'application : écrivez à support@2bb2.io avec le numéro de téléphone du compte. Nous supprimons le compte sous 30 jours.

Nous gardons seulement les traces de commandes et de paiements exigées par la loi, pendant la durée exigée, et les preuves déjà écrites sur le registre public Hedera, qui ne peuvent pas être effacées.

حذف حسابك على 2BB2

من التطبيق: الملف الشخصي، ثم الإعدادات، ثم «حذف الحساب»، ثم التأكيد.

بدون التطبيق: أرسل بريدًا إلى support@2bb2.io مع رقم هاتف الحساب. نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا.

نحتفظ فقط بسجلات الطلبات والدفع التي يفرضها القانون وللمدة التي يفرضها، وبالإثباتات المسجّلة على سجل Hedera العام التي لا يمكن محوها.
