Message your customers
Chat with customers about their orders, or start a conversation with someone who ordered from you.
Find order chats
- Open the Inbox tab.
- Tap Orders to see the chats about your orders, including completed ones.
Start a conversation
- Make your shop the active workspace on Home.
- In Inbox, tap +, then Message a customer.
- Search for the customer by name or phone and tap them.
