Orders
Accept or reject an order
New orders land in Home → Orders. Review the items, then accept or reject in one tap.
Accept
- Open Home → Orders. Today’s orders are listed, newest first. New ones show New.
- Tap the order to see the items, notes, customer and payment.
- Tap Accept.
- When you start cooking or packing, tap Start preparation and pick how many minutes it will take. The app suggests a time from your items’ preparation times.
Reject
- Open the order and tap Reject.
- Pick a reason: Out of stock, Shop closing, Too busy right now, Customer requested or Other (specify).
- For Other, tell the customer why, then tap Confirm reject.
Talk to the customer
Use Chat or Call on the order. You do not need their phone number.
