Orders
Order statuses: from new to completed
Each order moves step by step. The buttons at the bottom of the order show what to do next.
The steps
- Placed: a new order. Accept or reject it.
- Accepted: tap Start preparation when you begin.
- Preparing: tap Mark ready when it is done.
- Ready: delivery orders, tap Hand to courier when the courier arrives. Pickup orders, tap Mark picked up. Dine-in orders, tap Mark served.
- Handed off: the order is with the courier. The courier marks it delivered.
- Delivered, Picked up or Served then become Completed by themselves.
- Rejected or Cancelled: the order stopped.
Delivery orders
For a delivery order you do not call a driver yourself. The order shows a Delivery card. Tap View delivery details to follow the courier.
