Deliveries
Follow or cancel a delivery
See the driver on the map, call or message them, change the drop-off, or cancel before pickup.
Follow it
- Open Home → Deliveries and tap the delivery. For an order, tap View delivery details on the order.
- The map shows the driver and the status, for example Driver en route, Picked up or Delivered.
- Call or message the driver from the app. You can also call the recipient.
Change it
- Change drop location works until the driver picks up the package.
- Edit customer to fix the name or phone.
Cancel it
You can cancel until the driver arrives at your shop. If a driver is already on the way, a cancellation fee may apply. You see the final amount in your wallet history.
A delivery that belongs to an order is cancelled by cancelling the order.
- Open the delivery and tap Cancel trip.
- Confirm with Cancel trip.
