Your commission contract
Your commission contract shows the commission on your orders and the delivery service fee for your hub. Review it and accept it to keep selling.
Review and accept
- Open Home → Shop.
- Under Manage, tap Commission contract.
- Read the Order commission rate and the Delivery service fee for each vehicle.
- Tap I accept these terms. The screen then shows Accepted with the version and the date you signed.
Who pays what
The same two switches are on the Shop screen. Changing who pays the delivery service fee creates a new version of the contract: accept it again.
- Customer pays the commission: on, the commission is added to the customer’s total as a platform fee. Off, your shop absorbs it.
- Shop covers the service fee: on, your shop pays the delivery service fee on your monthly bill. Off, customers pay it at checkout.
