Commission and service fees
You pay a commission on your orders and, if your shop covers it, the delivery service fee. Both come from your commission contract.
Commission
- A percentage of each order, shown in your commission contract.
- Your shop absorbs it by default. Or turn on Customer pays the commission to add it to the customer’s total as a platform fee.
Delivery service fee
- A platform fee on each delivery. It depends on your hub and the vehicle: a base price, then a price per km.
- Customers pay it at checkout by default. Turn on Shop covers the service fee to pay it yourself; it then appears on your monthly bill.
