Withdraw your money
Take money out of your wallet by cash pickup or to your Whish account.
Steps
- Open Wallet and tap Withdraw.
- Enter the Amount. It cannot be more than your available balance.
- Choose the Payout method: Cash pickup (a driver brings you cash) or Whish — manual (our team sends it to your Whish).
- For Whish, enter your Whish number.
- Tap Request withdrawal.
After you request
You see Withdrawal requested. Our team processes it by hand, then we notify you. It is not instant.
