Wallet shows your balance, your history and what you are owed or owe. Payments from customers land here.
Ledger: every transaction
Ledger lists every payment in and out: orders, bill payments, top-ups, transfers, withdrawals, fees and refunds.
Monthly bills and statements
Your platform charges are gathered into one bill per month. Open it to see each charge, and download it as a PDF.
Commission and service fees
You pay a commission on your orders and, if your shop covers it, the delivery service fee. Both come from your commission contract.
Pay a bill
Pay a due or overdue bill from your wallet or with another payment method.
Dues and account lock
If your shop owes the platform money past the due date, the app reminds you, then locks the account until you pay.
Top up your wallet
Add money to your 2BB2 wallet, for example to pay a bill.
Withdraw your money
Take money out of your wallet by cash pickup or to your Whish account.
Move money between your balances
Move money between your personal balance and your shops.
