Dues and account lock
If your shop owes the platform money past the due date, the app reminds you, then locks the account until you pay.
The reminder
When you have dues, the app shows A quick heads-up with the amount. Tap Pay now, or Later to keep working. The app stays usable.
The lock
If the dues stay unpaid, the app shows Account locked and you cannot use it until you pay. This month’s fees are not part of it: they are not due yet.
- On the lock screen, each shop that owes money has a card with the amount.
- Tap Pay to unlock and pay.
- Not enough in your wallet? Tap Top up wallet first.
- Once everything is paid, the lock goes away.
Account blocked
Account blocked is different: it is not about dues. Tap Contact support.
