Pay a bill
Pay a due or overdue bill from your wallet or with another payment method.
Steps
- Open Wallet → bill icon → Bills.
- Tap Pay on a Due or Overdue bill, or open it and tap Pay this bill.
- On Payment, choose how to pay. The methods depend on your country, for example your 2BB2 wallet or Whish.
- Confirm. If asked, enter your PIN.
- Wait for Payment successful, then tap Done.
Not enough money in your wallet
The app shows Insufficient balance. Tap Top up wallet to add money, then pay. See Top up your wallet.
