Monthly bills and statements
Your platform charges are gathered into one bill per month. Open it to see each charge, and download it as a PDF.
Open your bills
- Open Wallet and tap the bill icon at the top. Bills opens.
- OUTSTANDING shows the total you still owe.
- Tap a month to see its detail.
What a bill contains
- Commission: the commission on your orders.
- Service fees: the delivery service fees your shop covers.
- Delivery fees.
- Promotions: paid promotions, if any.
- The number of orders, the gross amount and the TOTAL OWED.
Bill status
- Upcoming: the current month, still adding up.
- Due: the month is closed and the bill is waiting to be paid.
- Overdue: the due date has passed.
- Paid: settled.
- Disputed: under review.
Download the PDF
On a bill, tap the download icon at the top. The share menu opens, so you can save the PDF or send it.
