Restore your account on a new phone
Move your account to a new phone with your 12-word passphrase, or with your old phone using Link a device.
With your passphrase
- Install 2BB2 Business on the new phone and open it.
- Tap Import Wallet.
- Enter your 12 words in order, one per box. To paste the whole phrase, long-press the first box and paste: the words spread across the boxes.
- Tap Continue.
- Create a new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.
- Enter the 6-digit code we send to your phone. Your account opens.
With your old phone
If you still have your old phone, you do not need to type anything. See Link a device.
Messages you may see
- This recovery phrase isn’t valid: check the spelling and the order of the words.
- We couldn’t find a wallet for this recovery phrase: the words belong to no account. Check them again.
- This wallet was previously deleted: a deleted account cannot come back. Create a new account.
- Waiting for approval: someone has to approve your access. You have nothing else to do.
