I can’t sign in or forgot my PIN
What to do when the PIN does not work, you forgot it, or the account is locked.
Incorrect PIN
Check that you are typing the PIN you created on this phone. Each phone has its own PIN.
Forgot your PIN
- On the PIN screen, tap Forgot PIN?.
- Enter your 12-word passphrase.
- Create a new PIN and enter the code we send to your phone.
Other messages
- No connection: check your internet and try again.
- Your account is temporarily locked: contact support to unlock it.
- Account locked with an amount: you have unpaid dues. See Dues and account lock.
