The 6-digit code does not arrive
What to do when the verification code does not come, has expired or is refused.
Try this
- Check that the phone number on the screen is right. If not, go back and change it.
- Check that the phone has signal or internet. Look in WhatsApp and in your text messages.
- Wait for the timer, then tap Resend code.
Messages you may see
- That code’s not right: check the digits and type them again.
- Your code expired: tap Resend code for a new one.
- Too many attempts: wait a moment, then tap Resend code.
