Delete your account
Deleting your account erases your personal data and your shops. It cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Wallet → gear icon (Settings).
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and tap Delete Account to confirm.
Without the app
Use the request form at 2bb2.io/delete-account.
What happens
- Your personal data is erased, your shops are deleted and every session is signed out.
- The app on your phone is reset.
- A deleted account cannot be restored, even with your passphrase.
- Payment records already on the public Hedera network cannot be deleted by anyone.
